Hey Guys,

I guess I'm finally ready to showcase Carbon 2 a bit. Although it's nowhere near finished, the basic framework has been implemented and everything works.

If you're interested, Carbon (1) was a CMS I used as my initial learning of PHP/DB stuffs. I've come a long way since then, and even though Carbon (1) tried hard to do a lot it shouldn't have tried, I have developed Carbon 2. It's OOP based, allows for Templating (very simple), and other various Modifications such as Modules.

I haven't written the Userpage or the Administrative Pages yet, but those will come soon.

It's running on txtSQL 2.2 (as I like to use it for just about everything). There's no installer as of yet that's complete (I'm still designing the DB for it). In otherwords, no it's not done, but yes you can play around with it if you'd like to.

hey that sounds promising. I remember seeing carbon in action before, you should definitely put up a demonstration or something for the public...

or even send a copy so I can install it and put up a demo myself

I'm working on the admin panel and getting that all done so there's site functionality from there. I'll do the message center (Taken from Forum2 or based on), and clean up the install script, and I shall send it to you tonight =]

I'd love to see a Demo of it up, being that I don't have a production server setup and I'm moving in a week, lol.
